Okay. The lagging seems to have eased off for now, so I shall start. See my* previous post for the list of participants.

*In the previous version of this post, the word "me" was erroneously used instead of "my". Although I do confess to being descended in part from Irish ancestors, I am by no means proud of it -- and this was most definitely a typing error, not a Freudian Slip or any other such psychological phenomenon

Alright - that should be fairly simple to arrange. We'll just have to remind people to send their copies to you and to send the last one to you at the end.

I was going to suggest the same thing. Letting some of the players give you a first sentence. Maybe going down the subscribe list or in pms. What do you think?

Phrases are bad because it's likely that the reader will make the association ("shaken, not stirred") in their head, assuming that it's something original and use it. The hovercraft full of eels was random enough to give no room for guessing the original.
