There are a lot of names not involved... not because I don't want them to be, but because I either don't know them well enough to give an appropriate role, or there's already a role that accomplishes what they would do.

Pie, check the first post. I continue to edit it with a list of players.

And Fidel Castro the cantr character was a Blackrock for a time, who liked to start fights in a good natured kind of way, who then later ended up seceding from TBR along with several others who didn't appreciate how things were going down.
