*Pushing aside the door that he had been inspecting, Don Salladi, a known former bike thief now in his thirties comes towards the center of the room. He then drops several pairs of leather pants.*

"It was the only thing of value left in here when I came in to get some carrots. I don't know what AoM's obsession with them was all about anyways. I'm guessing some fetish, he never looked any good in them.

On the plus side *motions towards the door* the lock wasn't broken so that limits the possible suspects to you guys in here. What kind of bright idea did AoM have sleeping in a back room of the town center anyways. Nobody ever sits in the front room and half a dozen people pass through it into the different storage rooms every day.

Now we better find out who killed him and get the keys back before some van pulls up and has access to every locked door in this town."

"It's a good thing I accidentally went into this room instead of the food room and found him. It could have been days before anyone else came in here. We could have all been Baron fodder before someone figured out what happened. I hope you have a medal ready for me when we kill the pansy who did this, I figure I just saved the town."

"So Don Saladi... you say you found him?" says Thomas Quango, an old man who has seen much trouble, much war and killing.. you can almost see the sadness in his eyes..

"And were you alone at the time??"

Of course I was alone Tom. Do you still think I need an escort to grab carrots? *He rolls his eyes* You might want to keep a closer eye on the doors while you are outside. Every one of us has been in and out of the building alone at least twice since AoM went in a few days ago. There's no telling from that who was in and out of this room.

"Don't be so hot headed young man, it was merely a question..."
*grumbling under his breath* "or do you have something to hide?"

"You're pretty quick to point a finger. Why would I tell the whole town what I found in here if I was responsible for that body. I'd want to cover up my secrets if I think they will get me in more trouble then making them know. And I sure wouldn't stick around for the hanging if I thought it would be me in the noose.

Of course a battle tested expert shot like yourself wouldn't know much about a dead body, now would you?"

Someone got killed?
Who did it?

Schme frowned and stroked his chin thoughfully.

This is most unsettling, I must say.

Turning to Torkess, he elaboratse “AoM has been murdered and robbed of his pants…”

Then, looking back at the AoM’s lifeless corpse, says “Perhaps we should cover him up?”

Turning to face Don Salladi,
Let's not jump to conclusions, now, Phaylynx. Perhaps we should give the Don a chance to explain himself.

“Well now, aren’t you conveniently oblivious to the situation Fishfin.

Someone in the room is a blasted baron, they killed our town leader and have all his keys. Frankly I’m not going to sit around until they kill the rest of us too. If that gets me lynched then I guess it won't matter much to me when the rest of you get killed.

Of corse you would point the finger at me Tom, you've had a grudge against me for years and would be quick to think the worst. I'm going to have confidence in you being a poor judge of character and not go so far as to say that you are a baron. It seems like a few of these people are to quite to really care about what's going on here, wouldn't want to draw attention to yourself if you were a baron now would you.”
