The Traitor role is broken. Another evil AND a free kill?
Here's my suggestion for Traitor.
0-1 Traitor: Is seen as GOOD by the Priest. Begins the game knowing who the Zombies are, but not who the Necromancer is. He is allowed no communication with the Zombies, and the Zombies do not know who he is.
Wins with EVIL.
Explanation: This is pretty much a standard Cultist role from mafia games. The 0-1 gives us the uncertainty of a traitor among us that the Priest can't detect, which is enough to provide the doubt I think you're trying to instill without causing too much of an unfair advantage for evil.
Since you're including him, you should make the Necromancer 0-1 as well.
In a nine player game, there should be no more than 3 evil roles.

Okay, thanks for the advice. I'll include it now.

I'm in... now believe me this time.. Grrr! If I sleep that don't mean a thing.
Don't sleep. You can sleep when you're dead.
We're a crack team of Zombie killing machines people. Be alert! Stay frosty!
Fair warning: If you don't participate, you're getting my vote. Everyone talks, everyone does their part, and we live through this. Anyone starts to hush up and lurk, they force us to consider the fact that they might be a Zombie trying to skate by unnoticed. We'll have none of that - I'll have none of that.
Prepare to reap the whirlwind!
I'll take that you can't use that IG... lol you said that OOCly.

I'm getting it out of the way now, before I get my role assignment, so that nobody is surprised by it when the game starts and uses it as some lame excuse to try and get a bandwagon going on me.
Silence is deadly to the town. Don't sign up if you think you'll be unable to contribute to the game in some manner. One quick two-sentence post with an unexplained vote tacked onto the end doesn't cut it with me. I want to be able to have a conversation with everyone who's playing so that I can read their motivation better and get a good sense of who's evil and who's good.
I'll be trying to RP as much as everyone, but I will still be addressing the game mechanics in an OOC fashion in order to make my points.

There's always a slot open for you.
We'll try to take as many as possible.
What AoM says is right, in theory the game is based around a group of people standing in very close proximity in a town square. You technically should all be active, even if you emote *he scratches his head, thinking hard*... otherwise it makes perfect sense IG and OOCly to assume that a non-speaker is a confused or speechless zombie.

Alright, Leo Luncid is in... I'll pm out the roles tonight.
Also, I'll run the game by GMT+0 time, so you can either minus or add on how ever much time required depending on your zone, that way it's easy for everyone.
Applications to join the game have closed.

All roles have been PM'ed out and the Game Begins! :D
It has been several thousand years since anyone even dared to step foot into the hell zone they called Hara'din. History had become stories, and stories had become rumours, rumours had become legends. One thing was true though, anyone who had dared step into Hara'din never came out again.. alive.
Zombies had completely consumed the thousand-year-old medi-eval town. For miles and kilometres in every direction spread a horrible darkness from Hara'din. However, outside this darkness, Zombies dared not step, as there was always a soldier to slay them. From the Holy Knights with blade and shield who stopped the spread some 10,000 years ago, to the Holy Knights today who stop the spread with gun and electro-armor, the tradition has never changed. The darkness seemed to resist any modern-day bombs.
Until today.
An elite force of extremely-well-trained soldiers from around the world marched into the ancient city after managing to drop a brand new proto-type bomb on the town. Being a proto-type, there will be no more until later notice, but as a result, the darkness has left the land and now the risk of the zombies escaping is very high.
It is believed that two zombies, some 10,000 years ago, wiped out an entire town by disguising themselves in the form of a townsmember. That may just be legend, but for the soldiers stationed in the ruined city, that is intel.
Your mission as a soldier is to search for any remaining zombies after the blast (there shouldn't be too many, but you cannot be sure) and eliminate them before they eliminate you.
Be warned, they could very well be among you.
Begin!
(any problems with roles, or if you didn't receive a role, please tell me)

To set the scene:
You are futuristic soldiers with, as stated above, electro-armour.. meaning there is an electronic covering over the classic metal armour which deflects most bullets, but thanks to even higher technology, you have guns that are more likely to penetrate the armour than a classic gun.
You're in a dirty, black and charred town center where the Zombies 1 took place. There are skeletons scattered here and there, and also some buildings that are just aged and not burnt, where the bomb did not damage.
Think like this:

*he scans the immediate perimeter coolly, constantly, unfocusing his eyes slightly to prioritize capturing the slightest unexpected movement. he catches sight of his reflection in the next man's shades and smiles*
Damn, I'm the best looking thing I've seen all day.
All right, ladies. Who's in charge of this batshit detail? I've been to some fucked up places to do some fucked up things, but this one takes the prize. I'll have to send my CO some flowers laced with rat poison by way of thanks.
Anyone got a plan, or do we just start shooting anything that moves funny?
