Somehow one materializes inside your torso, ripping some of your internal organs while the muzzle is sticking out of your mouth. However surprisingly it manages to avoid ripping any major arteries so you remain alive for now, just unable to move your head or bend your upper back or eat.

I wish I had a two pound can of chocolate pudding.
