Avatars should be 100x100 pixels maximum (although that's not particulalrly strictly kept to, I let slightly larger ones go by) but Tork's is too large, I'll send a PM

yea, i realized it was too big, but I had to get of the comp before I was able to resize it size. Since I'm using a diff comp I'm using another pic
