You are aware that you can do that, but I cannot?
Or has it already been moved to suggestions, just accepted suggestions?
The person responsible really should remember to report it...

Polls can't be made in Suggestions. I also posted a Suggestion-like poll in GD.

Do I really have to report accepting suggestions?

I think it would avoid confusion if you noted somewhere that you moved it, preferably in the thread. In my opinion.

Does that mean it was moved to suggestions and accepted from there? In which case, we should have a report of the moving fromGD to suggestions...
Otherwise, are suggestions accepted from GD now?

The CD has the authority to move things from GD to Sugg. I have, for now, the authority to move things from Sugg to ASugg. I did both at once. It's not a moderation issue that way, it's accepting a suggestion ...
Besides, I don't think you need to report moving a post to another thread. The things you need to report are those that really are a form of moderation, that alter or limit the freedom to say things by people on the forum. Those need to be known when people complain, and for the GAC to be able to see how we do this. Whether a thread is in GD or Sugg is really just a very practical matter and not so important. Don't worry about reporting those.
(Moving from not accepted to accepted, which the CD can't do, should of course be explained, which I sometimes don't - that's my bad ...)

Yes, I don't think that part was what causes confusion to anyone
