I resized mine to work. If anyone needs any help doing this just send me a pm on here and I will do it for you. I have time to do it, if you ask nicely and if my health is still up for it.

I must disagree... since Nick's avatar is 130 pixels wide.

100, I said. No wider. The image upload system won't handle wider than 80, which is what the limit should really be. But the rule is:

100 pixels wide.
