Problems in paradice

Alright... We have a major problem. Thers this place were my caracter is... and I cant see any actions. Its weird. This gril gave this guy a hammer, and I didn't see it at ALL. And this other guy went into his boat, and I didn't see that either.

Objects passed to and from a vehicle are only seen by the person giving and the person receiving the object.
Also entry into and exit from buildings or vehicles are not observable by characters on other vehicles.

Does this count for notes as well?

Yes notes are objects - as are raw resources

You should check that, because I handed notes to a guy on a bike and eveyone in the town saw it.

Pie - I've answered your pm - there is no problem. please check your whole event log not just the section you sent me
Doug - I will check that and thats how it should be if it is the case - I'm unsure however if that was finally fixed

Doug - On further investigation
Objects (including notes and raw resources) passing is visible to all people in the same location as the giver - If the receiver is in another location then only they witness the transaction in their location
Passing between vehicles or between a vehicle and an outside location (or road) all count as the receiver being in a different location
