1) Can you hear someone breaking your ships lock if you are in a cabin?
2) Can you feel/hear someone changing the ships direction in a cabin?

My personal belief to both of these is that you should... much like you hear knocking: "You feel the boat start to move" and "you hear someone start to pick lock no.Blah"

3) Can you sense people starting to dock to the boat?
4) Can you sense people docking?

I feel that you should on the latter 2, but I suspect it would be no. Again, I'd like to know...

These things may seem trivial... but my houseboat will be at severe risk if the answer is 4 no's...

I agree with you. It would be realistic and helpful. I mean it is unrealistic not to be able to here someone beating the crap out of your lock with a crowbar. *smiles*
