privacy in boat?

When one is in his or her boat docked to a town, which actions can one and can one not see while in the boat?

I could be wrong but I think that speaking aloud is the only visible thing.

Plus, description of the person, so if you take off your clothes you'll be seen naked! Not that I have looked or anything....

You can also see animal and people attacks, as well as hunting reports.

And how about this:
There's some people on board a boat and some others in town. One person on the boat hands some stuff to one of the people in town.
Who should see this action?
a. Only the two persons involved in the transaction.
b. The two persons involved and everybody in town (not the ones indoors).
c. The two persons involved and everybody in the boat.
d. The two persons involved, the people in the boat and the people in town (not the ones indoors).
e. The two persons involved, the people in the boat, the people in town (not the ones indoors) and the people in other vehicles in this town.
It can't be the first one, right? That would make it too easy to pass stuff around unnoticed.
