Can't see people dying
Two people have died recently right in front of me and there was no kind of notification. Is that normal?

There are several causes of death in Cantr, only some of which generate a visible event.
These are when an active Character dies because :
Death due to player accounts timing out, being cancelled or by PD killing of specific characters generate no visible event.
Also death of inactive characters leave no body . An inactive character is one who has never been accessed by the player.
Johntsai refers to an in-game phenomenom where after death, the orange dynamic link to the dead characters name in the events listing changes to normal white text. Some players use this as an indication of death.

Personally, I dislike in-game use of this death sensing , especially when the character has died in a non-visible location . This is essentially a mechanism to stop interaction with dead characters and I believe in-game use is a CRB, Others feel differently
