ERROR: You exceeded the maximum number of characters. You have had at least one young character die recently who is still using one of your character slots. A new character slot should be available in 7 days time.

Okay. It said 3 days until an available slot, for two days, then once it hit 1, it said 1 for 4 days. I have been really annoyed up till now- where I went from 'really' to 'extremely'... 7 days now? If I calculate this correctly, this should in fact be a month or two... /endrant

Nothing - the time reported is the minimum possible time you have to wait before the slot becomes free.

People with a lot of recent dead character will find that this is just the report of time for the first of these slots to be come free - they will then have other dead characters blocking slots for a longer time.

This will iron itself out naturally once 40 days from implementation of this feature has elapsed - Then, the time reported will be the exact time people have to wait before the slot is free.

EDIT I will pm you with details of how long you currently have to wait before a slot becomes free
