question about rules

am I aloud to play games like chinees checkers in cantr by note or do I have to make up a new game to play it in cantr? am I aloud to call the game chines checkers?
Just my opinion here, but calling the game something like "Chinese Checkers" is OOC and bad form, like saying "Nice Apache Throwing Star."
Obviously, that doens't mean you can't, just it's bad form.
I've only seen one good in game game, and it was gambling on if the project result was going to be even or odd.
