Ok the wiki says a raft can hold: Total weight 64000 grams

I've just made a raft and I've got under 10,000g on me.

It still says I can't enter as they'll be too much weight inside. Am I missing something here?

A character weighs 60000 grams. Don't forget the vehicle lock, either - 180 grams, I think.

do those come with locks now? When I built one back in the day, they didn't.

Enjoy the sailing!

Hehe, I was reading (I know it's a tad off-topic), but yes I was reading the Wiki and I know some of you know this, but buildings hold up to 3 million grams!

And on Aki, we've got one with 2,000,000+ grams of uncooked meat! It'll be full soon!

Yay!

Look at the hold. ~THAT~ thing can hold a lot

Another follow on question then,

If a barrel was buit (not on a raft but on a longboat or something) would the stuff in the barrel count as weight on the boat or would it be like a seperate room?

It counts towards the weight limit of the boat - not another room

What's the point of barrels, anyway? They woudl be so much cooler if you could lock them...

They stop things 'rotting' - if you're a town which harvests huge aaounts of food - enough to just give it away, it's easy just to dump it in outside storage.
