Skill levels

I've had trouble figuring out which skill level is better than which skill level. Is novicly or aquardly worse? could some one give me a list of the levels from best to worst?

But to make your life easier, Awkward is the worst, Expert is the best. The two confuse me even to today, but otherwise I'm next-to certain that Skillful is almost the best, and Novice is fairly poor.
