People Dying

I'm know I have seen characters die, but just recently two characters have died in fron of me without an event, ie I did not see them die..

Is this a bug or a change??

This is not a change nor a bug

Not every character death is displayed as an event. Death due to account closure (either timing out, unsubscribing or PD intervention) don't generate events. This is deliberate.
