Docking to sloop

Docking to sloop

With the changes in docking that have occured, is it still possible to dock a longboat to a sloop? I've been trying for two or three days and never see it as an option. Do I have to hit it at a certain angle? I've moved my boat further out to go "around" the sloop and still I can't dock to it. I have keys to both boats, if that helps.

The only thing that docks to a sloop is a dingy. Longboats never have.
