Boats not moving

As far as I can see the boats aren't moving.., got two sailing characters and they're both stuck.
This has been fixed - Some boats where moving but as soon as the first boat which was docking but didn't finish that turn - the sailing processing was ending - subsequent boats didn't move
2 Manual activations of the sailing process have been run in the past 3 hours - Normal processing will be fine
