How do you get that thing so that every time when you post on the forums what you set it as is posted under it? like every time I posted (if I had it) I could have something like 'as I said before I never repeat myself' under what I posted

Click on the Profile link near the top of the page (2nd row of links)
Then add the text you want to see to the Signiture box
