I really want to change my avatar... cause i see people with big ones, which look way more than 80 pixels, or 6Kb... and i see mine which sucks... i thought it was sometihng to do with being a moderator or something, but i see people who have joined like 3 days ago, with biig avatars... can someone gimmie some help?

I only want a mediumish sized one... its less than 6 Kb, and thats when i cut most of it off... but its still more than 80Pixels.

Hmm, make sure you use "Link to off-site Avatar", I think. Otherwise, you might still be restricted by the limits (since you're still asking the forum to host it for you).
Not that I know anything. My nose fit on the Cantr server, amazingly enough.
