dragging problem

Character Arris Zero and another character are trying to drag Tissy (woman) off the pickup truck (Zero Z150 - 001) in Siom.
Two of us working on the project and it's only at 31%.
Can we get her off the truck please.

Are the draggers tired, hungry or injured? Could it be that the dragee has high physical strength, or the draggers low physical strength? Unless you can clear up those possibilities, this is not a bug.

For the record I have a character that can only drag a person of average strength for 16%, so it sounds like you're just working with two wimps.

Neither one is tired or injured. Actually had some help for another character for awhile from at least one other character, the percentage went up to 65%!

Yeah, I remember one time when it took six of us to move someone. As has been said, you probably have two weak characters trying to drag a very strong person. Perhaps you should let other people give it a try.
