Ahh, so that explains whu no one could tell me about where to get water. There are a few "pumping Water" projects in one location, so my character there is having fun playing in the puddles and cleaning up the unfinished projects. Should I notify someone more officially about clearing them out if they are unused resources, or carry around this mysterious "water" to trade for rare and useful things in other "arid" locations?
I can PM someone with teh details of who/where this water is, or jsut ignore it and keep collecting a big puddle's worth for storage.

It was explained in the posts above. Water used to be a resource in the game, but it was removed from all locations that had it. You can only get water now by trading for it, or finishing a water project that was started before the water was removed. However, there has been much discussion about how water will be added back into the game, and most likely will be at some point.
