Lakeworthy boats should maybe be listed in Wiki.

Could someone with access to the database please list which boats can or can't travel on lakes. I'm in a town with access to both and wouldn't like to make a mistake. Meanwhile, could someone please remind me whether a sloop can travel on a lake. Thanks.

The wiki says that sloops can travel on lakes. All such information is already in the wiki (on the ship's page, "Uses" lists where the ship can travel).
If you'd like a different system, I agree - I just haven't been able to decide on one. Suggestions are very welcome.

I sailed a sloop across a lake recently, though more than 4 days ago. I can tell you, they go damn fast. I undocked from one side of the lake and docked to a town on the opposite side. Crossed the lake in three cantr hours. Takes almost two weeks by foot. I like it!

I do beg your pardon.

I found the data now that you drew my attention to it.

Agar, yes a sloop seems to outclass a darter in practice, and the latter even needs steel!

Aye, Anthony had a thing for sloops, or just wanted Hobbes to go slower.
