1381-0: You get attacked by a deer, and you lose 0 percent strength. You
saved 29 percent using your iron shield.

But..now surprisingly... I have a damage of a 29%.. and I think I was healthy before....

Could be this an error ?

I have replied to your Email but surfice to say it is not a bug - The damage seems to have come from an earlier animal attack
