(Excuse me if this has been done, but I couldn't see anything at first glance.)

Today one of my characters went to whisper to someone, and found they're not in the area I am to be able to whisper to them ("ERROR: ="). Looking at the events, they have not left the area: the last action that involved them was me whispering to them about a day ago, without a problem...?

Characters/locations can be provided if that's useful...

Have you checked to see if they have died , or were on a vehicle which then left the location ? (EDIT: or are you on a vehicle?)

This has been investigated and there is no issue.

Characters in vehicles cannot see all events in the main town square.

The observer was in a boat docked to the town in question
