Well, we were on this boat in Akypor, and some woman jumped in and started the boat going. My character and another one were in the boat wen she tried to steal it. He quickly changed the direction to 180, to go back where we were and I guess we missed the dock at akypor, and as near as I can tell we hit land to the left (on the map) of Akypor. Now when we try to sail the ship, it gives us a warning saying the only thing the boat can do is float. The map shows us nowhere near land, and out in the middle of the ocean.

I would like to know how to get the boat moving again, or if someone in the management can just move our boat back to where it can redock itself at Akypor.

Barring that, three people will die in a sort of time space tear, a bermuda triangle situation where our boat will have just disappeared off the face of the map and everyone in it, (my "boss" myself and the thief who tried to steal our ship) vanished...

If you are hoping for any kind of "divine intervention", you should probably give the exact name of your boat, and perhaps the name of your character as well (so they have two things to look for in the database). Bumping into land shouldn't cause the problems you are claiming to have, and I am thinking that you best hope might indeed be to have the boat moved to where it was supposed to be.

Returning it to Akypor, where it is supposed to be, is what would be most beneficial for us too... Will any of the management contact me to let me know they are doing this, or will this topic just kind of sit out here? Like should I write them a letter?

I also forgot to mention that you should flyspray it. It may not get it done any faster, but it will most certainly not hurt, and is certainly the right way to go about doing things. For that matter, I should be flyspraying the bug I just noticed, but I am too lazy for that right now, and am in no hurry.

I believe there is enough information here for us to look at this. I'll investigate this further

Putting it in Flyspray or emailing bugs@cantr.net is the preferred method of contacting the Programming Department . Sometimes things get lost in the forums and it's difficult for members of the programming dept to know
if a problem is being dealt with by another member .
