I noticed that when a person on a vehicle passes materials to a person on the ground, only the people involved can see it. The other people on the ground don't see anything. Is this a bug, or is this supposed to be the case (I can't think it would be on purpose, but I thought I would ask)?

I dunno...but when you think about it it could be used as an advantage...if you can't see it being passed unless your involved then things can be done in secret right out in the open...HELLO REVOLUTIONS AND REVOLTS MUHAHAHAHAHA
