ERROR: This location already has the maximum possible number

I am trying to build a lock in a room, it was started a long time ago, i dont know when cause the project is finished... anyway, i it says to me when i try to start the project:
ERROR: This location already has the maximum possible number of this object.=
Whats wrong with it?

P.S It evidently does not have a lock...
