I have a question:

What are bars:
Thirst and Drunkenness?

There is neigter water, nor alcohol.
Theese bars don't change

Why there are? What they are? I haven't found this topic in FAQ nor on elsewhere on forum.

b) The bars haven't been implemented. Yet.

I think he was talking about water, which to my knowledge only has one use currently, and it is such a waste of time that no one in their right mind would ever considering doing it.
