How do you report you have the repair bug?

I removed the login message that told us how to report the repair bug if it was causing a character a problem. I can't remember what the message said. Can anyone help?

You could by not making another thread and posting in your old one

e-mail your player ID number, the EXACT name of your character, as it appears on the player list, what item it was, when and how it was lost to
