Here's another one, the theif with the fist that is stronger than a wepaon I suspect I cant name

31%! I suspect this is a bug, as I doubyt skills can go that far

This is normal. A shield block does not tell you the amount actually blocked, but the maximum amount it can block.

Is that so, I thought that had been changed many months ago?

No, it changed to this many months ago.

No bug. That is what the shield would have blocked if enough damage was made against the person.
