Theres an old project for leather boots in the Imperial Production Center. It need nails. Could you remove the nail requirement, since its not needed anymore?

You have to be lucky for the programming department to find your complaint here within a short ammount of time.
You'll have better luck with Flyspray.

I tried flyspray, but for some reason my computer wants to shut all the windows down when it tries to open it up.

Removed the requirement.
It's a good idea to bump your requests so once in a while. Sometimes, we just overlook/forget it.
Just don't do it every hour. Once a day should be ok.
No idea about your Flyspray problem.
