I think the real problem is in vechicles that only hold enough weight for 1 person. If someone steals it and you kill them while they are in it. The vechicle is inaccesable just from the 1 body. I still think you should be able to drag at least bodies off of vechicles since IRL I could reach into a boat and pull a dead body off without entering it.

Bodies should just fall off of bikes.
On a car you'd have to drag them out.
On small boats there could be a capsize/uncapsize option that empties the contents no burial required, no retreval of lost objects into the water.
