Saw the title of notes passed

Recently a character of mine was able to see the title of notes passed between two other people. In the past they would just see that a note was passed.
Same here. Contents of notes passed, exact numerical quantities of resources picked up/exchanged...
However, one of my chars recently saw someone pick up 'some asparagus' and 'some cotton' again, so i assume it's been fixed.
Oh, and when speaking privately a few minutes ago, there were no quotation marks.
