In Karnon forest a woman in her twenties seems to have hit two people, but the char isn't anywhere in the forest, nor did she do any damage, despite it saying that she did 4%.
And no one can see it happen but the person being hit.

985-5: You see a man in his twenties leaving the central area of Brunoi, entering Brunoi Worker`s Guild.
