I wanted to make a bone spear head. And it says it takes 50 small bone which I was told does not exist. So what am I supposed to do?

I don't see any problem. Small bones exist, and I was able to get most of the way through adding them to the project. I stopped before actually doing it since it was an OOC test. At what point do you have a problem?

When i go to add them it says that the project does not need any(more) small bones.

So then...are you able to work on the project? Or is there something else missing?

Edit: It is a bone spearhead project, not a steel one, right?

Edit 2: I don't have that problem...I can get past the point where it rejects attempts to add rice.

Beats me. All my answers involve you doing something stupid that I can't come up with. If that isn't what's happening you'll have to wait for professional help. Might want to give them your characters name and location privately.

Also, if you haven't put anything into it yet, try making a new project.
