Messed up boat

The boat Adventure Canoe undocked from the docks in Longinazy Forest East and redocked at some place called "." Now it cant do anything but float and I cannot see anything but sea 
I'm not sure which of the two other people on the boat undocked and docked but I cant move the boat 
can you fix this please?
