... But shouldn't the Kirinn Public Records Office be in Kirinn? Not Pok Desert? Or was that another Wizard-of-Oz-style tornado?

It was a glitch or something It's been there since around 750ish, and made for some interesting RP when it appeared
. A char was transported with the building, but I think he eventually got the sleeping sickness.

Hmmm. Well, I wouldnt suggest putting it back - it would upset everything. My char in Kirinn is the current Record Keeper...
