wrong spawning location

My dutch character just spawned in a german location.
In game i was told a couple of days ago another dutch woman spawned in this area. Is this a bug or a change in the game?
my character feels a bit lost.....

Hmmm...splitting posts still throws me off. Anyway, this post can be found in general discussion, under "Spawning locations for language groups" for those who wish to continue the discussion.
Re the concern:
