When I try to go to the wiki it gives me a page that just says:
"Content Restricted : The Web Guard feature has been enabled on your mobile line and is restricting your access to this content. An authorized person on your mobile account can disable this restriction through the account management website."
I had to call my mobile service to make sure I wasn't being blocked from random websites, is something wrong with the wiki? I kinda needed it to look up how much healing food someone needs... this really sucks.

Mine seems to be working.

Sometimes there's a redirect that doesn't work well, can you make sure you're on https://wiki.cantr.net/?
Without that S, your browser might think the website is unsafe, depending on settings it might block the website then.

Re: Wiki is down?
Yeah, it doesn't matter, even if I type it in with the https is removes it automatically and only goes to wiki.cantr.net and it has this error. I called my own provider and they said there's no such web guard on my service or account, I don't have anything set to block any sites, so I don't know why it's doing this. The site can't be accessed by anyone on T mobile or Metro PCS I guess. unless they're lying to me and for some reason forcing me to use web guard when I'm 30 and don't need my web censored.

Try to use vpn service that is free or have free trial then it should bypass any restrictions that are done by you ISP.
Also check router if there is not any page filtering issue.
If you have for example mobile app/web page that let's you go through all active services from mobile carrier then check if there is nothing like this guard.
If you have that option chech other device if it shows same error (like phone) and then take it to place with some public wifi. If that solves issue then you are sure its not directly device that is blocking site.
Check your connection settings, maybe changing dns settings might help. Tty google dns for example.

Re: Wiki is down?
I recommend searching for the error message. This is what came up:
https://www.t-mobile.com/support/plans- ... ent-filter
T-Mobile has a web guard feature. It says you can turn it off with the T-Mobile app or website.

I was also experiencing server issues a few days back. Everything was taking so much time to process and also the same problem as you have mentioned. But finally, I came out of that problem. There are some simple steps that I performed to make it right. The reasons behind this problem can vary. I just restart my device, clear the cache, and check for updates. And the speed improved to some extent.
Another reason behind this can be the slow speed of the internet that you are getting from the provider’s end. To check it visit here ptcl speed test
