Skills and gathering speeds

I'm having trouble finding info on the speed that each skill level can gather at. I vaguely remember expert being 1.4x, efficient being 1x and lower skills being slower but I can't remember the values for the life of me. Anyone care to share or point me towards the thread I couldn't discover?

Does no one have any idea? Surely it's not knowledge that must be figured out in game.

I don't know an exact answer, but it seems to range through 1.33 to 1.5 for expert and up to 1.25 for skilled.

Interesting. Thanks for the info! The invisible nature of skill levels really adds a hint of mystery to it.
