Beef stroganoff

It says that it requires a hibachi but its not in the menu to be created and I have the hibachi right there?

This is because originally beef stroganoff was going to use butter, but because butter was never implemented, it was held back. I say just toss it in without the butter.

...Do you put butter in beef stroganoff? I thought it was... wholegrain mustard, sour cream, beef stock, mushrooms, meat, pasta, maybe some seasonings?

Butter + wheat flour = roux.
