"Collecting coconuts" doesn't use collecting?

I have a "skillful-in-collecting " char right now collecting coconuts. Even if it literally says collecting, does it use another skill? Because my char, despite its skill, it's doing it akwardly...

Yeah, it uses forestry. There is no verb for "foresting" so it says collecting instead.

Harvesting? Is there a harvesting skill?

The same goes for everything that grows in trees I think.
There is no harvesting skill either. Collecting, farming and forestry are the choices that are close.
