Either there's something wrong with spawning mechanics, or people are using English characters while playing in Polish. The third possibility is difficult to verify, but it's of course possible there are Polish travellers who are keeping quiet. Thought I'd report it anyway.

Probably a few Polish characters that fell asleep but are still being fed. The reverse happened to me recently.

I was in one of the towns that a Polish speaker showed up seemingly randomly. I know that there were Polish visitors just not awake that caused it. Felt bad for the spawn, but at least I know it wasn't a flaw in the spawning mechanics, just a unique situation for him to deal with now.
