It does suck, but it is what it is. It may be that doing that would mess with the other ticks too much or cause problems that we can't see.

Try playing for ten years, then a few hours without progress here and there stop mattering.

co
PS. The lost ticks won't be recovered. I've done it once and it caused a new problem.

ah, this was posted elsewhere but I guess this is more the correct spot for it?

there is an issue with regards to the sailing tick that occurs at the same time as the daily reset
when this happens, there is no sailing progress for this tick (this really is an issue)
and another indicator that something is wrong the deck of a ship can be devoid of people during this tick and then walk back on after and the ship will still be set to sail
the game reset happening at the same time as the tick is causing real issues in game. please help.

Re: Cantr Time Problems (slow, minutes not resetting, etc).
Just noting in case the trend continues in the coming days:
This is the 2nd day in a row that the game went down right before this particular project tick (2:40pm CST).
I'm not sure exactly when it came back up last night; it was sometime between 6-7:45pm CST.
ETA: It came back up much more quickly today.

It had a couple of issues even before the tick, but a bit earlier than the last two days (maybe 2:07pm & 2:20ish pm?), and this time they didn't last long. Since then, it's still been having some moments and been a bit sluggish.

This should be fixed now (frequent daily reports).

And the already existing duplicate turn reports are fixed too.
