Missing whisper button

There's a person who doesn't have a whisper button on the people page, only on their character page. Not sure what to make of that.

On the people page there is no whisper button. There is a button called "talk" in front of each character, but it will make you whisper to that char nevertheless (yeah, it is somewhat misleading). I hope this helps.

Whatever the name, it was gone for just one character out of several. It's back now.
