Huge abandoned drill project

Somebody started and left a drill project in Limotia, Haven, well over a year ago, and it's so huge it can't be canceled. Some chars have been working on it, but they can't get their limestone out. Could an admin resolve this situation? The current strategy is to wait and pick it up on the next resource run.
