I want to know when we can attack, my friend and I want to spar, but I cant fight yet.
Please answer.

You can only hit the same target once per day, so if you attack someone now it'll take you 24 real life hours (a little bit less actually, I think) or 8 cantr hours being able to attack the same person again. That goes for all characters, not only newspawns.

There's also special limit for new accounts. You can attack only if your account is at least 4 days old.

Thanks, I didn't know that, Greek! Is it a new feature or is it just that by chance none of mine tried to attack/spar within their first four days?

It's very, very old. Years ago there were quite many vandals who attacked everybody just after creating first character.
It applies to account, not character, so chances to test it are limited.

That's odd... My last newspawn wasn't allowed to drag or spar for a few days after she spawned. Like, I tried to have her drag herself but I got the red bar of "you can't do this yet".
