Spawning specifics

I understand the basics of spawning but I have a couple of questions about things I've seen.

1. Are certain cities set to have more newspawns than others. I've seen a couple of cities that get way...way...I can't emphasize way more than other cities? One of which being really odd because it wasn't really populated when my charried lived there for 10 game years or so had an incredibly unusual amount of newspawns when compared to some of the other more populated cities. I'm not complaining just trying to figure out why it happens.

2. Does one character dying in a town cause it to get moved to the top of the list? So often have I seen a charrie die then 10-15 minutes later there's a new spawn.

3. Is it just coincidence that I've had multiple spawns in the same towns? Meaning I have a charrie spawn. That charrie eventually leaves and then I have a new charrie spawn in the same town. With so many spawn points its weird. Not to mention its a bit difficult because I have so much OOC of the town and its history. Once I even spawned in the same town twice in 15 minutes. Spawned left, spawned again in same town.

Again not complaining or anything just curious if there's something set or just weird coincidences.

The chance of spawning somewhere depends on the current population, counting only people who have the same language group. If you have a character too close to the randomly chosen location, it rerolls. Characters on roads don't count, but people inside and in vehicles do count. It will reroll up to a hundred times, as far as I can remember, but if after that it hasn't found a location sufficiently far from your other characters, it will default to one of the original spawning locations such as Tircqi and maybe Brunoi and places like that. For the initial two characters in an account, it's more likely to spawn in highly populated locations.
